Episcopal flag colors and design: red and white St George Cross of England flag, cross of the Church of England, carrying a light blue canton on the upper hoist. The blue canton is comprised of nine Jerusalem crosses positioned in a St Andrew's Cross pattern. The nine crosses represent the original nine dioceses founded in America in 1789.
