Secretary of State flags are made to order within the USA. Flags are made to specifications prescribed by The Institute of Heraldry (TIOH) drawings. Indoor flags are embroidered on either nylon or rayon fabric. Outdoor flags are printed on nylon and can be made to any size. Please email for a quote or for any additional information.
