Cincinnati, OH. Origin 1896, adopted in 1940. A white field with a red letter "C" in the center, three wavy blue lines extending to the hoist and the fly end from the red letter. A red buckeye leaf cluster is attached to the top of the C. Within the center of the C is the city seal as it appeared in 1896.
