Rental Terms and Conditions |
N/A Minimum rental amount is $100.00, including round-trip shipping costs. Payment is accepted with American Express, MasterCard, Visa and other major credit cards. Checks are not accepted for rentals. Rental agreements must be completed and returned by fax or email/scan to Embassy Flag at least 10 business days prior to your event. Rental price includes ground shipping (plus sales/use tax if the rental is within the state of California). Shipping rates will be included both to and from the event. Expedited shipping may apply if rental is not confirmed 10 days prior to the rental period. Return rentals must be ready for pick up at the pre-scheduled time or the renter may be subject to additional shipping charges. Flags and mounting sets should be treated with care. Extra charges will be incurred for damages or untimely returns. All rentals must be returned within 3 weeks from the end of the rental period or they will automatically be considered a purchase. Flag rentals are available within the 50 United States. |

Hardware is inspected and cleaned between rentals. Round trip shipping is included with all rentals. Return self-adhesive shipping labels are included. |
